  Worst salon experience I've ever had. Chose to go here after seeing and hearing such nice things about this salon, and decided to book with Cassidy after seeing lots of recommendations. She had already over booked herself so she rushed me through, got the dye all over my forehead and left it there while I was processing and it was still stained there after she styled me and had me leave, I had to go home before running my errands so I could wash it off and re apply my makeup to hide it. She never asked me how much I wanted taken off my ends and as a result my hair is waaaay shorter than I wanted because she just started cutting without warning to get me going. Not to mention, one side of my hair is longer than the other! She didn't neatly fold the foil used to process my hair like every other salon I've ever been to, or Even like the other ladies doing hair there were doing, so the whole 30+ minutes I was sitting there with whole sheets of foil just slapped on my head while she had her lunch. She needed someone else to shape my bangs, and over all just had not very good customer service. Unless I asked, I wouldn't have gotten my bangs shaped up which were seriously grown out and she was just very rushed so the quality was very poor. I am very disappointed in the final result and even though the color I got is pretty, my hair is nothing like I would have wanted or would have gotten from someone who was taking their time to ask me how I wanted it done. She just did her own thing, had me pay, and moved on to the next client. I normally never post anything negative and just politely deal with the circumstances handed to me, but the entire experience, from start to finish, was so horrible, I had to say something. Nothing against the salon itself, I'm sure there are lots of very good stylists that work there, but this was my experience here.
